Akrab Elik Notes our the app is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use the Akrab Elik Notes application on your mobile device.

1. Overview

Akrab Elik Notes is a task and note management app. Your notes, tasks, and related data are stored on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your note content on our servers for the purposes of the notes feature.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect the content of your notes or tasks.
• We do not sell your personal data or note content to third parties.
• We do not use your note content for advertising or analytics.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device to provide app functionality:

Tasks and notes (titles, text, dates)	So you can create, edit, and view your notes.
Categories (e.g. Work, Personal, Study)	To organize your tasks.
Images attached to notes	Stored in app storage; used only to display in your notes.
Voice recordings	Stored on your device when you add voice notes to a task.
Location (if you add a location to a note)	Stored only with that note on your device.
Reminders and notification settings	To show you local notifications at the times you choose.
App settings (e.g. theme color, preferences)	To personalize your experience.

This data stays on your device unless you share it (e.g. via system share), back it up (e.g. device or cloud backup), or delete it through the app (e.g. clear data).

4. Permissions We Request

The app may request the following permissions. Each is optional for basic note-taking; we use them only for the stated feature:

• Notifications — To send you reminders for tasks you set.
• Microphone — Only if you use voice notes; recordings are saved on your device.
• Camera / Photo Library — Only if you attach photos to notes; photos are stored on your device.
• Location — Only if you choose to add a location to a note; that location is stored with the note on your device.

You can revoke these permissions in your device settings at any time. Revoking a permission may disable the related feature (e.g. no voice notes without microphone access).

5. Third-Party Services

• Device operating system — The app uses your device's storage, notifications, and (if you grant them) camera, microphone, and location. This is governed by your device and OS privacy settings.
• No analytics or tracking — The notes feature does not send your note content to analytics or advertising networks.

If the app is distributed as part of a larger Akrab Elik application, other parts of that application may use additional services (e.g. account, sync, or support). Those are described in the main app's terms or privacy policy where applicable.

6. Data Security

Note and task data is stored on your device using standard device storage and a local database. We do not transmit your note content to our servers for the notes feature. You are responsible for securing your device (e.g. lock screen, backups). If you use device or cloud backup, your backup provider's privacy policy applies to that backup.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will work to delete it.

8. Your Rights and Choices

• Access and deletion — You can view, edit, and delete your notes and tasks inside the app. You can also clear app data or uninstall the app to remove local data.
• Permissions — You can enable or disable permissions (camera, microphone, location, notifications) in your device settings.
• No account required — For the notes feature, you do not need to create an account; data is local to your device.
